Commercial Industries supplies and installs only NAIMA certified, UL rated fiberglass blanket insulation. Our standard facing is heavy duty reinforced vinyl (VRP), the best in the industry. It has a superior .02 moisture perm rating and the best tear resistance available. The insulation facing side seams have double seal tabs to complete the vapor barrier. Commercial Industries then installs white PVC retaining strips to help hold the insulation in place as well as providing a clean looking trim at all side seams. Where we do have other facings available, we have found the small additional cost of the heavy duty VRP facing in most applications is well worth the investment. The insulation is available in the following values.
