Commercial Industries walk-in doors are 3070 commercial grade and come with a baked on factory applied primer coat finish. Door leafs are insulated and made of heavy 18 gauge galvanized steel. Door frames are made of heavy 16 gauge galvanized steel. Sixteen gauge sub-frames are installed in the metal building wall system to add support for the walk-in door package. The doors come factory pre-assembled for better fit and finish with commercial lever lockset, stainless steel ball-bearing hinges, heavy duty closer, threshold and weather stripping. Available options are insulated door windows, dead bolt lock, panic hardware and baked on factory finish paint.
